Peppermint clears the mind, relieving headaches & brain fog. Eucalyptus helps keep sinuses clear and healthy (while smelling refreshing too!). And lemongrass uplifts your mind, and brings the essential oil blend together with a warm and sweet aroma.

For a strong aroma, use all the reeds & flip them regularly. For a more subtle aroma, use less reeds. Allow 24-48 hours for the aroma to fill the room with scent.
