Meic have advice tailored to your age range, from young children, to young adults up to 25 in Wales. They can help find out what’s going on in your local area, or help you deal with a tricky situation. They offer information, advice and support with no judgement. MEIC is confidential, anonymous, free, and just for you. You can contact them in English or Welsh, whichever is best for you.
They’re open 8am – midnight 7 days a week.
