Triggers Diary

This is a resource that we use in our school workshops when we’re talking about triggers. Keeping a diary of the details when you get triggered is a useful way to look for the patterns, and drill down to what it is that’s triggering you. And then once you notice the things that are triggering you, you can start to put things in place to help avoid those triggers, or manage them a bit better. Remember, if you need some help finding ways to cope, check out our Things To Try page!

Tap below to get a printable version of our Triggers Diary!

A sheet with 6 boxes to capture when you've been triggered. The boxes say "Date" "Time" "What Triggered You?" "How did you feel?" And "What did you do with those feelings?"

Is there another resource that you think we should add? Let us know
