Samaritans are possibly the UK’s biggest support system. They exist to provide round the clock support by phone, email, or through letters. You don’t have to be suicidal to call the Samaritans – they’re there to listen to any problem that you’re facing. No matter who you are, or how big or small the issue may seem. Their number is free to call too!
