We’re a Welsh company, so wanted to champion the medium of Welsh with a few Welsh language t-shirts!

This long sleeve tee features both the English and Welsh translation of “One Step at a Time”. Whether you’re walking along the coast of Wales, or working on your mental health, you’ve gotta take it one step at a time. And even the longest journeys start with a single step.

This shirt is part of a collaboration with Wales Coast Path! Getting outdoors is great for your mental health. And here in Wales, we’re lucky enough to have an 870 mile long path, all along the coast of this beautiful country. So what better excuse to get out, explore, and feel the benefits of spending some time in nature, on your wellbeing! This capsule collection celebrates this, and helps us keep on being there for young people who struggle with their mental health.
