This shirt is part of a collaboration with Wales Coast Path! Getting outdoors is great for your mental health. And here in Wales, we’re lucky enough to have an 870 mile long path, all along the coast of this beautiful country. So what better excuse to get out, explore, and feel the benefits of spending some time in nature, on your wellbeing! This capsule collection celebrates this, and helps us keep on being there for young people who struggle with their mental health.

The ‘Find Yourself’ tee is a reminder to try new things, mindfully do things, and really think about what makes you, YOU.
