About Course

4 weeks worth of stuff you should know

This set of online workshops explores 4 important areas of life that can have an impact on your mental health. We’ll cover off:

  • Managing stress
  • Communication
  • Self-esteem
  • The future

We use a mixture of written and video posts to go through these topics.

Each session contains a worksheet, and some simple activities to build up your skills in each of the 4 areas.

These sessions are designed to be done once a week, over a course of 4 weeks.

Managing Stress
We're all gonna face stress in our lives, so it's important to have a couple of tools to help manage that stress.

It's great to communicate! So let's share some ideas on how we can communicate better with others!

You are awesome! So this week's session is all about helping you believe how awesome you really are!

The Future
The future can seem kinda scary. So in this final lesson, we're going to share some tips for making it feel a bit easier to deal with.
