About Course
4 weeks worth of stuff you should know
This set of online workshops explores 4 important areas of life that can have an impact on your mental health. We’ll cover off:
- Managing stress
- Communication
- Self-esteem
- The future
We use a mixture of written and video posts to go through these topics.
Each session contains a worksheet, and some simple activities to build up your skills in each of the 4 areas.
These sessions are designed to be done once a week, over a course of 4 weeks.
