About Course

4 weeks worth of stuff you should know

This set of online workshops explores 4 important areas of life that can have an impact on your mental health. We’ll cover off:

  • Managing stress
  • Communication
  • Self-esteem
  • The future

We use a mixture of written and video posts to go through these topics.

Each session contains a worksheet, and some simple activities to build up your skills in each of the 4 areas.

These sessions are designed to be done once a week, over a course of 4 weeks.

Managing Stress
We're all going to face stress in our lives - but what's important is how we manage that stress. So we're kicking off with some stress management skills!
