About Course


This is a course that will introduce you to 4 different types of resilience: Physical, Mental, Emotional & Social.

We’ve got a mixture of video & written content in here. Each session contains a worksheet, and some simple activities to build up your resilience in each of the 4 areas.

These sessions are designed to be done once a week, over a course of 4 weeks.

Course Content

Physical Resilience
To kick us off, we're going to be thinking about physical resilience, and the things you can do to help your body fight off stress better.

Mental Resilience
Your mind kinda works like a muscle! So let's learn some ways to build that muscle up. We wanna make your brain hench.

Emotional Resilience
We experience loads of emotions every single day. So it's important to know how to manage the rubbish ones, and how to have more of the good ones!

Social Resilience
The people around you can play a huge role in supporting your mental health. These are some tips for building a supportive network of people!
