Punch Or Scream Into A Pillow

If you’re feeling angry and need to let it out in a way that doesn’t hurt you or someone else, you could try taking it out on your pillow. Punch it, kick it, throw it, scream into it. Take out your aggression and frustration in a positive way, just make sure you save it for the pillow.
