We’ve made some changes
In order to keep everyone safe, we’re making some changes to how we do things in the shop.
We’re operating at reduced hours. We’re now open Wednesday – Saturday: 11am – 4pm.
We’re introducing a regular and thorough cleaning routine of all surfaces in the shop.
Staff will be wearing PPE, including face masks and gloves.
Rather than actually coming into the shop, we’re gonna be running like a merch stall at a gig.
This means the seating area in the shop will be closed.
We can show you sizes & designs while socially distant, rather than browsing through the rails.
If you’re local, we’ve added the option to click and collect your merch! Just select “Pick up from the HATW shop” at the checkout.
We’re not letting people try on clothes for the time being.
Any returned items will be quarantined for 48 hours.
What we need from you
This is a team effort! So we’ve got a few guidelines we’re asking you to follow when you stop by the shop.
Keep 2m apart at all times.
We all know it by now, but social distancing is the easiest first step to preventing the spread of Covid-19.
Use hand sanitiser at the start and end of your visit
We’ll have some available at our counter. There’ll also be some available in the Emporium in general. Please make use of this, as there won’t be hand washing facilities available to shoppers.
Contactless or online payments only
Since we’ve added click and collect to the online store, you can pay for your merch in advance, and we’ll let you know when it’s ready to come collect. If you’re buying something in person, we’re asking you to use contactless payments wherever possible. If this is an issue, just come talk to us, and we’ll figure it out!
Keep product handling at a minimum
Wherever possible, we’re asking that you don’t touch any merch unless you’re buying it. It just helps reduce risk. We’re happy to help you find a style and size that you’ll slay in.
We’ll hang out another time
Usually, we love to hang out and chat with you guys (and play PlayStation with you!). But for now, we need to keep contact to a minimum. By keeping your visit short, you’re helping to keep everyone safe.
